Hello friends! Thanks for checking in with us this year.
Parsons Farm Market is officially open as of late June and ready for what looks to be a banner season here in the Similkameen. We’re here 8am – 6pm daily for all your market needs, so come on by!
It’s been a whirlwind as the dry winter, warm spring and early heat have combined to push forward all the usual harvesting times on the farm. Fear not! There will be plenty to harvest all summer long. The cherries and apricots are already in full swing, with the other tree fruit not far behind. Heirloom tomatoes are staked up and climbing fast, with the first harvest coming off very soon. Garlic a-plenty! We have new stock from farmersdotter including the original and highly sought after Garlic Scape Salt from a late June roast.
Parsons Farm Market is the perfect stop as you travel the Similkameen and Okanagan this summer. We have ample parking for all vehicles, ice cream, smoothies and shakes, hot buttered corn, prepared snacks and drinks and all the fresh fruits and vegetables you can handle! Your visit will be wrapped up in some valley history as one of the first fruit stands in the valley — a Keremeos original since 1908!
Stop by to see what’s new and say hello!
Thanks for your ongoing support. Cheers from Parsons!
