Closing Time: Last Weekend!

It’s almost upon us.

After a great summer the crops are starting to wind down and the last of the tree fruit has been picked for the season. Parsons Farm Market will remain open until October 23rd for our final weekend of 2011 from 8am – 6pm. After this Sunday, you can still find some of our product in select shops in Vancouver and, for a limited time, with our CSA box program. Don’t worry if you are planning on stopping by – please do! The market goodies you’ve come to love are still here! We still have a great selection available of hard tree fruit, winter squash, peppers and late season farm crop as well as our unique preserves and scape salt. Planning for next year is already in full swing. Some of our organic garlic has already been planted and there will be more soon. While it may seem the orchard goes quiet after the summer, the fact is there is a lot of work to prepare for winter! Pruning, cultivating, canning, and more.
