It’s time for tomatoes at Parsons Farm Market!
We have many varieties of heirloom tomotoes sown and grown organically on our farm. Across the highway from the fruit stand is a large field producing…you guessed it! Amazingly succulent, ripe and delicious field tomatoes. The taste difference between these and greenhouse grown is astounding. It’s no wonder many people swear by outdoors-grown, late summer tomatoes for their canning, saucing, roasting or just plain snacking needs!
